Eyüp Efe Karakoca
Computer Education & Instructional Technology
I am Eyüp Efe Karakoca, formerly a Blockchain Developer at OnFlow Finance and a Web3 ecosystem builder at ODTÜ Blockchain. My technical expertise spans Solidity, Foundry, and full-stack development, with a deep focus on decentralized finance (DeFi), cross-chain architecture, and AI-agentic systems. Recently, my work in this space earned me the 'Best DeFAI Agent' award from Lit Protocol. I don't just write smart contracts; I engineer resilient, scalable trust networks.
Beyond development, I actively drive Web3 adoption as a Board Member and Ecosystem Lead at the METU Blockchain Community, and as a Chainlink Advocate. While pursuing my degree at Middle East Technical University, my mission remains clear: to build the decentralized infrastructure of tomorrow and cultivate the communities required to scale it.

October 2025 — Present
Board Member – Ecosystem Lead & Delegation
ODTU Blockchain Community, Ankara, Turkey
Managing governance delegations for Celo and Scroll foundations, representing the community in on-chain voting. Solely developed and managed the full-cycle deployment of the official community NFT collection (ERC-721/1155), including smart contracts and a frontend minting interface with a focus on gas efficiency. Secured technical grants and industry partnerships from global Web3 ecosystems to fund research initiatives and summits.
February 2025 — October 2025
Blockchain Researcher and Developer — TÜBİTAK R&D Project
METUChain Team
Engineered a blockchain-based provenance system for UAV/UCAV components using Hyperledger Fabric and IPFS to ensure telemetry data integrity and supply chain traceability. Secured 3rd Place in the 2025 TÜBİTAK National Blockchain Competition for the technical innovation of the decentralized defense framework.
January 2025 — July 2025
Fullstack Web and Blockchain Developer
Onflow Finance, Remote
Developed ERC-4626 yield-bearing vault protocols and implemented end-to-end full-stack integration using Next.js and AWS. Developed smart contract frameworks for private credit tokenization and Real-World Asset vaults to drive the protocol's technical pivot.
